In the event you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you are able to return the goods within 60 days of purchase. All goods should have their original packaging, not used and be in a resalable condition. We believe in providing the best customer service which includes all refunds and returns to your satisfaction. There will be a returns card within your package, please follow the instructions displayed.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% for orders over 10 items or £1000 that are returned.
Retail / Shop Sales
You have 30 days from the purchase date to return eligible items for a full refund or exchange, as long as the returned items are in their original condition with all tags and hygiene stickers intact. Items must be unworn and unused, with no visible signs of wear.
To return items in store you must provide the original till receipt.
We cannot accept returns of DVDs if their seal is broken.
We cannot accept returns on cosmetic products, e.g. SPF products, lip balms, hair products, nail varnishes etc. and certain jewellery items like earrings for hygiene reasons.
We cannot accept returns on bikini bottoms and one piece swimwear for hygiene reasons.

In rare instances products might be damaged while in transit. It is very important that the item is checked for damage prior to it being signed for in ‘good condition’. Absolutely no claim can be created for compensation in the event the item is signed for in ‘good condition’.
