The suit is bursting with features to keep you warm such as the new Carbon Firewall which is a thermal lining inside the suit designed to absorb your body heat so the retained heat then keeps you warm. In terms of flex O'Neill use there super soft to the touch UltraFlex neoprene which gives you complete freedom of movement and a better fit.
