Carver proudly sponsors the USA Surf Team, a group of the best groms out there. Many of this team already ride Carver. This board has been tried and tested by them to get feedback on the boards design. 

They all all liked the 20.75 inch with 16 inch wheelbase, they added a few little extra features like a little more nose kick to really get that front foot locked in. Reason behind this feature was to practise more progressive moves like 180 reverses and big boneless airs. 

Now the team uses these Carver boards in training sessions to work on flow, power, stamina and style. Taking this and adding it to their surfing has given the team an extra boost in the water.
