Sorted Surf Shop Buy Back Scheme

All of us at Sorted Surf Shop know that buying a new surfboard can be expensive? Our Buy Back Scheme offers our customers money for their old surfboard against the purchase of a new one. As long as the board is in good condition with no obvious damage and still rides well then, our team can offer you a buy back valuation.

How it works:

Step 1 - Either call our Sea Road Surf Shop on 01202 399099 or email [email protected] with the details of the board you would like to purchase and what board you want us to buy back. Please use subject "Buy Back Scheme" when sending in emails along with a detailed description of your buy back board with images to support it's condition.

Step 2 - Please be as honest as possible with any dings or scrapes, it saves awkward conversations later.

Step 3 - An estimated Buy Back value will be provided to you.

Step 4 – Buy Back is only available through our Sea Road Shop in Bournemouth, so we will need to agree a time that we can buy back, you have 7 days from when the valuation is provided.

Step 5 – Once at our Sea Road store, our experienced team will review your surfboard and confirm the valuation, your new board will be awaiting your inspection.  After which payment will be required for the difference. We accept cash and all major debit / credit cards (except American Express)

We do not offer our Buy Back Scheme Online, it’s only through our Sea Road Shop. - 42 Sea Road, Boscombe, Bournemouth, Dorset, England BH5 1BQ

Please make sure your surfboard has been cleaned of any wax or residue, it’s ok to leave traction pads etc but please remove your leash.  If your board needs to be cleaned, then there will be a £20 fee deducted from your valuation.

We don’t accept boards with a buy back valued of under £80
