Blu Smooth MK1.2 Two Piece Swim Wetsuit 2020
This year the Blu Smooth MK1.2 has taken a revolutionary new design to not only improve your swimming but to give you plenty of options of how to wear you suit depending on how warm the water is. Given the two piece design this enables your body to rotate as you swim thus giving you even more freedom of movement. It also prevents the suit pulling on your neck area which can be restrictive.
The two-piece MK1.2 wetsuit is constructed entirely from Yamamoto #38 neoprene and offers excellent comfort and less restriction than regular one-piece swimming wetsuits.
Because the top and bottom are not attached, the top ‘operates’ independently from the bottom half and effectively eliminates the pressure on a swimmers shoulders that is often experienced in traditional one piece wetsuits. Resistance from the zip and the rubber of the torso panels also doesn’t exist.
Each piece of the MK1.2 wetsuit is sold independently. Sizes can therefore be mixed to accommodate the varying body shapes amongst open water swimmers.
The MK1.2 is very easy to fit and to remove.
It also features a low and comfortable neckline without the discomfort of a zip. This makes breathing easier, eliminates choking and significantly reduces chaffing. Lifting your head to look forward is also much easier as there is no pressure from a zip in the collar.
