 Webber 6 2 Afterburner
Greg Webber describes the 2008 model of the Afterburner:
"The 08 Afterburner maintains the overall theme that has made this design synonymous with the concept of the all rounder. The new addition of the nose to tail double concave has only extended the speed of the board without losing an ounce of the flow, freedom and range of use which this board has always had. In fact, after many years of using the deep double concave out through the tail of the Afterburner, it was this very feature which led me to the deep double. I've slightly increased nose and centre width, so that the new Afterburner is a touch more fish-like, making it about halfway between a short board and a true fish."

The Super Fish is a phenomenon! It is loved by thousands of surfers around the world who have bought one since we launched the board a couple of years ago. The secret to the success of the Super Fish is in its design. The most obvious one is the step deck, this give the board a huge buoyancy advantage but leave the board with high performance rails. Secondly the bottom of the board features low entry rocker that feeds into a full length concave that helps the board get up and plane quickly. This feeds through to a double in the back to help get the most out of turns. The Super Fish will help you make sections that you never have before, it is fast and smooth.
This year we have upgraded the glass job to make the board lighter and also added the quad option.

The new Fatburner has evolved into a slightly more subtle version of it's chunky former self.
While the Afterburner has become more fishy, the new Fatburner has been refined by maintaining, but hiding the much desired volume into a much sexier package. The nose, tail and rails are a touch finer, yet the centre thickness is slightly increased to offset these refinements.
This is a great paddling, easy riding, true fish shape, but with it's super smooth rocker and straighter tail plan shape there is a degree of hold uncommon in most fish shapes. This hold and stability makes for a surprising ride in bigger waves. The big guys allrounder!
